...ulldozer and cut a new trail! ''MAVERICK'' is an intermediate run that is a quarter mile long and averages 180 feet wide. The West Woods trail expansion has grown Swain Resort's trail system by over 12% in skiable acres with more to come!
In Bina Robinson's book about the founding of Swain Resort (With Our Own Four Hands, available at Amazon.com) there was mention of ''Last Will'' originally being named ''Last Will and Testament.'' In addition to ''Maverick'' the new cut-through between Maverick and Twister will be a blue square called ''Bandit's Pass''.
