     The beauty of Buck Pond attracts many people from all around. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Mount Pisgah has good slopes and a friendly staff; there are some great whitewater spots on Meacham Lake Outlet.
High temperatures at Buck Pond through the months of summer are in the 70's while night lows are generally in the 50's. Through the winter highs are frequently in the 20's while Buck Pond
 
   night low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. Alder Brook is a delightful site to check out, and Deer River Campsites is a tremendous campground here. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Salmon River, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Titus Mountain.
This site is so good, just explore all the entertaining things to do near Buck Pond. This is a popular
 
               site for folks from Malone, and if you need a site to stay Gate Way Motel is a fine choice. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Dreamland Motel is a great location to get some rest; Orebed Mountain can be observed from Buck Pond. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Stay the night at Legton; a charming lake like Clear Pond is a great place to go to.
A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Buck Pond; through August this area sees the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month.
