Buck Mountain Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Brookwood Park Campsite is a brilliant campground nearby, and get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Putnam Creek. Having a glorious time in the Adirondack Mountains is simple. Good hiking is available along the Clear Pond Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Brookwood RV Resorts, and you can run the rapids of La Chute River.

in a year August is the one with the most rain while January is generally the driest month. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains.
