Brookside Pond is a nice lake to visit. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Sterling Forest, and New York City Newburgh Stewart Airport Super 8 Motel is a magnificent place to get some rest. Brookside Pond is right by the Stillwell Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail, and Moodna Creek is a good whitewater spot nearby. | | place to camp, and in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Popolopen Creek. Take a hike on the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and if you're here you can play some golf at Mill Creek Golf Club. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area near Brookside Pond has to offer.
