What a nice lake Brooks Lake is. High temperatures at Brooks Lake throughout the warmest time of the year are in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Brooks Lake descend into the 10's. There are other sites here than Brooks Lake, for example Roe Pond, and what would a location like Brooks Lake be without out of the ordinary

| | close by marks like Anthonys Nose. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Stillwell Lake Trail is splendid fun; why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like The Garrison Golf Club.

on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Bare Rock Mountain can be distinguished from Brooks Lake, and Sebago Cabins Harriman is a glorious local campground.
Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable
stuff near Brooks Lake. Why not camp at Beaver Pond while you're here at Brooks Lake, and places like Salisbury Meadow are great to stop by. There are some great whitewater spots on Moodna Creek; since you're here you can take a hike
along the Woodtown Trail. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Cranberry Brook is in the vicinity of Brooks Lake and is always a bliss to check out, and if you come at the right time of year, Popolopen Creek offers some wonderful
whitewater.
Econo Lodge Highland Falls is a splendid site to get some rest; taking a little trip to close by Doodletown Bight is a magnificent idea. A perfect close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites West Point-Ft
Montgomery, Ny, and the snow is pleasant at Sterling Forest. A day on the slopes of Mt. Peter is just what you need.
