The high level of precipitation makes Broccy Creek Reservoir a rather wet location; during May this area sees the most rain while February is generally the driest month. Paddling on Moodna Creek is so much fun, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express       Hotel & Suites WEST POINT-FORT MONTGOMERY. On a tremendous day at Broccy Creek Reservoir you can take a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Mt. Peter. Camping is available at Beaver Pond, and everybody loves Ring Meadow. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is fine on Popolopen Creek; Sterling Forest is a very popular ski area around here. Summertime highs at                  Broccy Creek Reservoir frequently tend to be in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
