This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. A fine nearby hotel is Brantingham Inn Motel, and why not head up to Snow Ridge and strap some skis to your feet. Brantingham Lake is a good place of typical rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout August, and February is the month with the least moisture. Don't leave Brantingham Lake without first going for a hike along the       Stone Dam Trail, and needless to say Crooked Creek flows through this area. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Otter Creek. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Brantingham Lake has to offer, you can camp at Stysh's Brown Barn Campgrounds. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Brantingham Lake. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are generally in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the                  winter temperatures at Brantingham Lake drop into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Moose River for all you adrenaline people, and a day on the slopes of Woods Valley is just what you need. Not far from Brantingham Lake, you'll stumble on Catspaw Lake which is a picturesque lake, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Brantingham Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful.
