    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Brady Pond. Camping at Brady Pond is great fun, Whispering woods is a great local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Raquette River offers some pleasant whitewater. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Brady Pond; Northville Lake Placid Trail is a glorious local trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Cedar River. What a site this is for outdoors  
   people. Brady Pond is a delightful place to camp, Tioga Point State Campground is a delightful place.
This lake is so wonderful. Brady Pond is not the only location nearby, Blue Mountain Lake is a nearby lake, and after a long day outdoors Hedges is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. The Sucker Brook Trail offers hiking at its best, and dry warm beds await you at Hemlock Hall.
 
               High temperatures at Brady Pond through the summertime months are in the 70's while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Through the winter highs are commonly in the 20's while Brady Pond overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's.
Brady Pond is a rather wet place ordinarily with lots of precipitation; during August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
