Many people like to go to Brady Pond. Brady Pond is a good place of typical rainfall; through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Mohawk Mountain has good slopes and a friendly staff. If the weather is great here at Brady Pond, you can go for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail; there's whitewater on Tenmile for all you thrill seekers.

| | at Brady Pond is splendid fun, Kettletown State Park is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. On a delightful day you can go to Pine Ledge near Brady Pond, and an afternoon playing golf at Dutcher Golf Course is always a joy. Just can't get enough of Brady Pond. A lake close by is Spring Lake; you'll meet a lot of people from Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown here.

Fahnestock State Park is a nice campground here. This lake is so wonderful. From Brady Pond you get a good vista of Turner Mountain, and after a long day outdoors Red Carpet Inn & Suites New Milford is a good spot to spend a night
or two. For the duration of the warm months here at Brady Pond, high temperatures usually reach the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come
with lows in the 10's to Brady Pond.
Do take a look at Spring Lake Dam if you're here at Brady Pond, and you can run the rapids of Ten Mile River.
