Botheration Pond is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. The amount of precipitation that falls at Botheration Pond is close to the national average; August is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Camp Dippikill Office while you're here at Botheration Pond, and Balm of Gilead Mountain is clearly visible from Botheration       Pond. The Vly is a great lake in the neighborhood of Botheration Pond, and there's whitewater on Balm of Gilead Brook for all you adrenaline kick people. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Lakes? Sure, Second Pond is in the neighborhood, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for                  you then, we recommend Thirteenth Brook. At Botheration Pond during the summer highs are in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Botheration Pond are in the 0's. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the neighborhood of Botheration Pond. Camping is available at Cedar Pond Campground; the slopes of Gore Mountain are so inviting noone can resist.
