    It's always fun to stop by Boonville Reservoir. The Stone Dam Trail is a great hiking trail close to Boonville Reservoir; here at Boonville Reservoir you can catch a sight of Jackson Hill. After a long day outdoors Red Carpet Inn Rome is a delightful spot to spend a night or two; enjoy a round of golf at Woodgate Pines Golf Club. If you come at the right time of year, Black River offers some splendid whitewater. There's so much to do here at Boonville Reservoir  
   that you need to camp here for a while, Stysh's Brown Barn Campgrounds is a delightful place for that.
This lake is so wonderful. There are some fine whitewater spots on Mohawk River. Having a delightful time at Boonville Reservoir is trouble-free. This is a popular spot for folks from Utica-Rome, and the sights at Fort Stanwix National Monument will blow your mind. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Woods Valley are so inviting noone can resist. You'll
 
               need more than a day to look at everything Boonville Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Pixley Falls State Park.
Boonville Reservoir gets a normal amount of rain; November is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. For the duration of the days of summer here at Boonville Reservoir, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are typically in the 20's; through the dark hours in the winter at Boonville Reservoir temperatures dip to the 0's. Paul Revere Lodge is a brilliant place to get some rest; what would winter be without some skiing at Snow Ridge.
