Loch Bonnie is a nice lake to visit. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. Mount Pisgah has great slopes and a friendly staff, and Loch Bonnie is not the only place close by, Lake Placid is a close by lake. You can run the rapids of Ausable River - West Branch near Loch Bonnie, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Lake Placid is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Loch Bonnie rules!

| | Whiteface Mountain is a very popular ski area nearby; Loch Bonnie is right by the McKenzie Pond Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Moose Mountain is pretty and can be spotted from Loch Bonnie, and Grays Point is not far at all. During the summertime months, highs generally are in the 70's at Loch Bonnie, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, commonly in the 50's. Dry warm beds await you at The Whiteface Lodge, and hey, Minnow Brook is a nice local stream. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Schwartz Trail; there are plenty of people from Plattsburgh here
at Loch Bonnie. And if that's not enough there's a heap more cool stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains.
