This lake is so wonderful. This is a glorious neighborhood for people who like lakes. Lost Lake is a lake close by, and a day on the slopes of
Thunder Ridge is just what you need. An average amount of rainfall falls at Bog Brook Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is May, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you like swamps, you're in
luck, Cedar Swamp is right close by, and paddling on East Aspetuck River is so much fun.
At Bog Brook Reservoir throughout the summer months highs are in the 80's, and the nighttime is slightly chillier of course, generally in
the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Bog Brook Reservoir dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
