     The amount of precipitation that falls at Blueberry Pond is close to the national average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Blueberry Pond is not the only location close by, White Lily Pond is a close by lake, and Donaldson George A and Sons is a good local campground.

   Indian River, and from Blueberry Pond you obtain a glorious panorama of Donaldson Mountain. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are truly bountiful here at Blueberry Pond. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Whiteface Mountain since you're here, of course you could also go to Ampersand Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Adirondack Mountains. The McKenzie Pond Trail  
               offers hiking at its best, and lovely scenery and pleasant skiing is what you get at Mount Pisgah.
High temperatures at Blueberry Pond through the days of summer are in the 70's while overnight lows are generally in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Blueberry Pond dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Ward Brook, and dry warm beds await you at THE HOTEL SARANAC.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Indian Pass Trail, and Blueberry Pond is a tremendous site to visit for more than one day, Camp Cherokee is a tremendous site to camp nearby. Cold River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by, and Woodlake Inn is a splendid site to get some rest.
