What a nice lake Black Pond is. Black Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains. The Van Hoevenberg Trail is a great hiking trail near Black Pond; Little Santanoni Mountain can be seen from Black Pond. You definitely must like the Adirondack Mountains. If the weather is brilliant here at Black Pond, you can go for a hike along the McKenzie Pond Trail, and a quick visit to Santanoni Brook is without doubt a pleasant idea.
