Black Creek Lake is not the only place close by, Little Metcalf Lake is a close by lake, and if you need a location to stay Knights Inn Little Falls is a great choice. Black Creek Lake is located in the Adirondack Mountains. The high level of precipitation makes Black Creek Lake a rather wet site; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. All year is a good time in the Adirondack Mountains       if you have a thing about the outdoors. Why not take a look at a swamp like Crystal Vly if you're here at Black Creek Lake, and a fine close by hotel is Rodeway Inn Palatine Bridge. Through the summer highs here at Black Creek Lake get into the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Black Creek Lake are in the 0's. You just can't envision                  the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area right next door to Black Creek Lake has to offer. A lake close by is West Creek Lake, and a fine view of beautiful Dead Horse Mountain is available. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Adirondack Mountains.
