Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Birch Ridge Pond rocks! You'll discover a picturesque lake called Briscoe Lake near Birch Ridge Pond, and get dripping wet paddling on Callicoon Creek - North Branch. All through the summer highs here at Birch Ridge Pond get into the 80's. When the night       sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Birch Ridge Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Camp Chipinaw Camp Chipinaw is a nice campground nearby, and after a long day outdoors Villa Roma Resort Lodges is a good place to spend a night or two. Golf can be played at Island Glen Country Club, and nearby you stumble on the Lost Cabin Trail which is a                  tremendous hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Liberty, and the slopes of Holiday Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. On a glorious day at Birch Ridge Pond you can take a hike along the Schiff Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Callicoon Creek - East Branch. Birch Ridge Pond sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August, and February on the other hand is the driest. Looking for some flowing water?
