Big Cherrypatch Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Adirondack Mountains is excellent! Long Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to, and don't leave Big Cherrypatch Pond without first going for a hike along the Schwartz Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Big Cherrypatch Pond; McKenzie Pond Trail is a good local trail, and Cobble Hill can be seen

Pond. If you're here at Big Cherrypatch Pond, do take a journey to McLenathan Bay; in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ausable River - West Branch. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Courtyard Lake Placid is a good choice, and do explore Connery Pond, it's a pretty lake.
