If you are in Hamilton county it's always a good idea to stop by Bennett Lake. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area in the vicinity of Bennett Lake has to offer. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bennett Lake; Oregon Trail is a great local trail, and you'll meet a lot of people from Gloversville here. This lake is so wonderful. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along

This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Ranch Side Park if you're here at Bennett Lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Doig Creek offers some wonderful whitewater. the rapids of East Stony Creek in a kayak. Don't forget to take a tremendous little trip to Bear Creek; if you've had enough of Bennett Lake, Northville Reservoir is close by. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Bennett Lake. Once
the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Bennett Lake.
