     The beauty of Beaverdam Pond attracts many people from all around. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Beaverdam Pond; the night is quite cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and overnight lows throughout the winter for Beaverdam Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. Stay the night at Browns Tract Pond State Campground, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along  
   the California Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. A great close by hotel is Knights Inn Little Falls, and there are some great whitewater spots on West Canada Creek. Near Beaverdam Pond you come across the Party Trail which is a great hiking trail, and at Beaverdam Pond you can see Polack Mountain. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun things the Adirondack Mountains has to offer. If you're here at Beaverdam Pond, you could explore Honnedaga
 
               Brook; you can never get enough of the magnificent skiing at McCauley Mountain.
Beaverdam Pond truly is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Gid Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by; get yourself into a kayak and hit West Canada Creek - South Branch. This lake is so wonderful. OLD Forge Camping Resort is a magnificent campground nearby. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Adirondack Mountains rules! While you're here at Beaverdam Pond, you could also check out picturesque First Stillwater; the Twin Lakes Trail is a fine hiking trail close by.
Beaverdam Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
