If the weather is beautiful, you obtain a great panorama of Franks Hill from Beaver Pond, and Hidden Pond Campsite is a perfect local campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Adirondack Mountains. Going for a hike on the Spectacle Pond Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and people from Glens Falls love to come here. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something next to Beaver Pond? Spectacle       Pond is around here; if you came for an overnight stay Point O' Pines is a great place to camp. Having a magnificent time at Beaver Pond is uncomplicated. Go for a hike on the Pharoah Mountain Trail, and if you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Town of Schroon Golf Club. From a precipitation point of view Beaver Pond is a quite common place; during August this area sees the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. Beaver Pond is one of the                  lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. So much enjoyable stuff in the Adirondack Mountains, just phenomenal. Don't leave Beaver Pond without first going for a hike along the Long Swing Trail, and after a long day outdoors Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel is a perfect place to spend a night or two. You could also pop by Brant Lake since you're here at Beaver Pond; it's nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Schroon River; The Sagamore is a great place to get some rest. At Beaver Pond throughout the warm months highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are commonly in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Beaver Pond.
