This lake is so wonderful. Ferry Beach is right next door to Beaver Lake and is a charming beach to have a look at, and after a long day outdoors East Norwich Inn is a good place to spend a night or two. All the water falling down from the sky makes Beaver Lake a wet site; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February. So much cool stuff to do       here at Beaver Lake, too perfect to be true. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Nassau Country Club Executive is close by, and why not camp at Camp Pontiac if you're here at Beaver Lake. A day at picturesque Oak Neck Beach near Beaver Lake is a nice thing to do, and if you're visiting from Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk, you won't be the only one. Swamps are out of the ordinary locations and Oak Neck Creek in the neighborhood of Beaver Lake                  is no exception. Lakes are good; Kentuck Pond is a lake that's close to Beaver Lake. High temperatures at Beaver Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows during the wintertime for Beaver Lake tend to be in the 20's.
