So many fun things to do in the Adirondack Mountains, not enough time. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Bear Pond has to offer, you can camp at Brookwood RV Resorts. Lakes? Sure, Otter Pond is in the neighborhood. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Do schedule some time to go to Crown Point Bay near Bear Pond if you have a chance; there's splendid hiking along the Rock Pond Trail.       The peak of Bear Pond Mountain can be distinguished from Bear Pond, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Putnam Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Mill Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot right next door to Bear Pond; don't leave Bear Pond without first going for a hike along the Clear Pond Trail. There's so much to do here at Bear Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Green Acres By The Brook is a magnificent spot for that. There are good                  places to look at along the Bear Pond Trail, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Ticonderoga Inn & Suites is a nice location to spend a night or two. From a rain point of view Bear Pond is a rather common site; most of the rain falls all through August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. Ticonderoga - Super 8 Motel is a nice place to get some rest, and Eagle Cliff is an exciting thing to make out if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Heart Pond is a good lake close to Bear Pond, and stop by close by Peshette Swamp. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. Throughout the months of summer at Bear Pond highs are ordinarily in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's.
