This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Rock River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and hiking along the Sucker Brook Trail is tremendous fun. All through the months of summer at Barker Pond highs are usually in the 70's, and the overnight is fairly chillier of course, generally in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures       at Barker Pond dip into the 0's. There's so much to do here at Barker Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Whispering woods is a nice site for that, and the skiing at Gore Mountain is brilliant. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Adirondack Mountains. If you're here at Barker Pond, you could take a look at Dun Brook, and Barker Pond is right by the Northville Lake Placid Trail. Barker Pond is                  located in the Adirondack Mountains. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the area right next door to Barker Pond has to offer. You can run the rapids of Cedar River right next door to Barker Pond. Lakes?
