If you are in Essex county it's always a good idea to stop by Arnold Pond. Yeah, come up here to the Adirondack Mountains for a nice time. Near Arnold Pond you find the Rock Pond Trail which is a great hiking trail; do pop by Burge Pond, it's a wonderful lake. Arnold Pond is a good site of typical rainfall; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. | | the Treadway Mountain Trail is always a good adventure; a perfect close by hotel is Mountain Pines Motel.
This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back repeatedly. If you need a location to stay Blue Ridge Motel is a nice choice, and let's not forget Pyramid Brook which is a stream that you may come across while you're here. Yeah, come here to Arnold Pond | |

for a pleasant time. Swamps like Ingalls Marsh are fun to have a look at, and Putnam Creek is a nice whitewater spot nearby.
If you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Schroon River, and
if you came to camp Medcalf Acres Campsite is a pleasant place to do that. During the long summer days, highs usually are in the 70's at Arnold Pond. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime
are normally in the 20's; nighttime lows through the winter for Arnold Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You can see Bear Mountain from Arnold Pond.
The Short Swing Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Arnold Pond, and camping at Paradise Pines Camping Resort is always a great experience.
