Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Inn & Suites At The Commons; camping at Hartwick Highlands Campground is always a splendid experience. This site rocks, just check out all the fun stuff to do close to Arnold Lake. Get soaked paddling on Kortright Creek; if you came to camp Beaver Valley Campground is a wonderful site to do that. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites       Cooperstown is a good spot to spend a night or two, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Treadwell Creek. There are plenty of folks from Oneonta here at Arnold Lake, and the sight of Burying Ground Hill is beautiful. From a rain point of view Arnold Lake is a rather typical location; the month with most of the rain is June while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At Arnold Lake all through the summer months highs are in the                  80's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's.
