Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. From Anthony Ponds       you acquire a good panorama of Buck Mountain. If you need a place to stay Woodlake Inn is a perfect choice, and lakes are such calm locations, why not stop by Hedgehog Pond. If you came to camp Hoss's Country Campground is a wonderful location to do that; Second Pond is a great lake nearby. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Adirondack Mountains. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Raquette River, and a                  journey to close by Slim Point is very relaxing. This lake is so wonderful. Cold River is a wonderful whitewater spot in close proximity to Anthony Ponds, and do take a hike on the Northville Lake Placid Trail. Anthony Ponds is located in the Adirondack Mountains. High temperatures at Anthony Ponds during the warmest time of the year are in the 70's, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, usually in the 50's.
