Get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Delaware River, and Villa Roma Resort Lodges is a perfect place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Callicoon Creek - East Branch next to Amber Lake, and camping is available at Happy Days Campground. | | to do near Amber Lake. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Peenpack Trail, and you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Holiday Mountain. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Island Glen Country Club is in the neighborhood, and unsurprisingly Judson Brook flows through this neighborhood. with high temperatures in the 70's while night lows are usually in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Amber Lake fall into the 10's. This
lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Lost Cabin Trail is pleasant fun, and if you came for an overnight stay Camp Chipinaw Camp Chipinaw is a great spot to camp. Amber Lake gets lots of water; most of the rain falls during August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
