The beauty of Lake Allure attracts many people from all around. The summit of Beech Mountain can be spotted from Lake Allure, and why not take a little spree to Berry Pond Brook while you're here. You just must fancy the Adirondack Mountains. There's whitewater on Schroon River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; if you came for an overnight stay Mt Kenyon Camp Ground is a great place to camp.

| | Center; Bend of the River Golf Club is a good golf course nearby. Lake Allure gets a typical amount of rain; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and January is the month with the least moisture. Man, is there plenty of cool stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. There are some great whitewater spots on Sacandaga River, and camping is available at Down Hill Campground.

mood you can always explore nearby Lake Vanare; if you're dropping by from Glens Falls, you won't be the only one. Lake Allure is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. During the long summer days at Lake Allure temperatures
are ordinarily in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are regularly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lake Allure are in the 0's.
There's just no way anybody can get
bored here at Lake Allure. On a brilliant day you can take a look at Long Marsh, a swamp near Lake Allure, and you can never get enough of the fine skiing at West Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Lake George Hotel is a splendid place to get some rest. Lakes are glorious; Lake Forest is a lake that's near Lake Allure.
