Throughout the summer months highs here at Lake Allure reach the 70's, and the night is fairly colder of course, mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Lake Allure tend to be in the 0's. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Lake Allure is peerless! After a long day outdoors Lake View Hotel and Conference Center is a great place to spend       a night or two; you can stay the night at Mt Kenyon Camp Ground. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to encounter some fine people from Glens Falls here; a lake close by is Lake Vanare. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lake Allure you can play some golf at Bend of the River Golf Club, and if you get bored of Lake Allure you could also stop by nearby Lake Forest. The skiing at West Mountain is great, and Lake Allure is a good site to visit                  for more than one day, Down Hill Campground is a good site to camp nearby. The peak of Beech Mountain can be seen from Lake Allure; in the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sacandaga River. Lake Allure is located in the Adirondack Mountains. The annual rain here at Lake Allure is about average; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is January. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Lake George Hotel, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Berry Pond Brook. And that's not all there is to do here in the Adirondack Mountains.
