Best Western University Inn is a delightful location to get some rest, and if you came to camp Higley Flow State Park is a good location to do that. Allen Pond gets a normal amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February. Go for a hike on the The Loop, and why not take a little tour to Allen Brook since you're here.
