There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Catskill Mountains. Forest Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and the skiing at Belleayre is brilliant. This lake is so wonderful. Covered Bridge Campsite is a great local campground, and going for a hike on the Seager West Branch Trail is always a delightful adventure. So many amusing things to do here at Alder Lake,       too perfect to be true. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Of Liberty; if you came for an overnight stay Willowemoc Campgrounds is a perfect place to camp. There are some great whitewater spots on Mill Brook, and Ski Plattekill is a perfect local ski area. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is plentiful here in the Catskill Mountains. Alder Lake typically gets a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while February                  is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you get bored of Alder Lake, you could also have a look at close by Beecher Lake, and after a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Inn Liberty NY is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. This lake is one of the great places here in the Catskill Mountains. Through the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Alder Lake. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's.
