Summer at West Wash Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's, and nighttime lows at West Wash Reservoir throughout the wintertime typically drop into the 20's. West Wash Reservoir is pretty dehydrated typically; January is the wettest month with most rain while August       is the month with the least amount of precipitation. On a magnificent day at West Wash Reservoir you can take a hike along the Mount Rose Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Desert Rose Inn, and why not visit close by Alum Creek while you're here at West Wash Reservoir. This is a brilliant vicinity for folks who like lakes. East Wash Reservoir is a lake close by; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Reno is a tremendous place                  to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. West Wash Dam is pretty and it's near West Wash Reservoir, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Mount Rose Trail. That right there is plenty of fun things already but it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. There's whitewater on Truckee River for all you adrenaline kick people, and if you're a golfer then a perfect nearby course is Rosewood Lakes Golf Course. If only every place had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great planet it would be. Camping at West Wash Reservoir is pleasant fun, Chism Trailer Park is a pleasant local campground, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Reno-Sparks here. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Mt. Rose is close to West Wash Reservoir, and why not camp at Keystone RV Park while you're here at West Wash Reservoir. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
