Beautiful Twin Lakes has much to offer visitors. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. From Twin Lakes you get a great panorama of Herlan Peak, and tremendous hiking is available along the Mount Rose Trail. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada rules! If you need a place to stay Parkside Inn At Incline is a good choice, and if you fancy a little side journey, try Little Valley.

| | Two is a stunning place in the vicinity of Twin Lakes; there are plenty of people from Carson City here at Twin Lakes. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the neighborhood of Twin Lakes. Twin Lakes is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Clear Creek Campground is a nice local campground, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Diamond Peak. It is very dried out here at Twin Lakes mostly; through the month of January you get the most snow around here | |

This lake is so wonderful. Mt. Rose is a good local ski area, and a great location to camp here at Twin Lakes is Mount Rose Campground. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's
to Twin Lakes while night lows are typically in the 30's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Twin Lakes. What a place this is for outdoors people. Some nearby water includes Tunnel Creek,
and dry warm beds await you at Inn atline.
Now, you may feel that's a load but there's even more cool things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Memorial Point is relatively in the vicinity of Twin Lakes, and Hidden Beach
is relatively close by if you're in a beach type of mood. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Incline Beach, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Twin Lakes; Pacific Crest Trail - section 14 is a glorious local trail. You just
can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the Northern Sierra Nevada has to offer.
This lake is so wonderful. There are other sites here than Twin Lakes, for example Mill Creek Reservoir Number Two; get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Truckee River.
