Camping at Tub Spring Reservoir is delightful fun, Big Bend Campground is a delightful local campground; hiking along the Gold Creek Trail is nice fun. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Tub Spring Reservoir, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, commonly in the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Tub Spring Reservoir are in the 0's. Taylor       Pocket is a wonderful spot any time of year; you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Triguero Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Tub Spring Reservoir there are plenty of people from Elko, and do take a hike on the Diamond Trail. Tub Spring Reservoir is mostly a rather dehydrated location; May is the wettest month with most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Bruneau River - West Fork is a good whitewater spot close to                  Tub Spring Reservoir, and Gold Creek Public Campgrounds is a great campground here. This place is peerless, just look at all the enjoyable things to do in the vicinity of Tub Spring Reservoir.
