If you are in Washoe county it's always a good idea to stop by Tamarack Lake. This is a delightful vicinity for folks who like lakes. Hidden Lake is a lake close by; a splendid site for whitewater paddling is Truckee River. Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Contact Pass is a glorious location to stop at nearby, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Incline Beach. Man,

This lake is so wonderful. The Mount Rose Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close to Tamarack Lake, and the landscape is dominated by the Carson Range. with the least moisture. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool things the Northern Sierra Nevada has to offer. Camping is available at Mount Rose Campground, and why not head up to Mt. Rose and strap some skis to
your feet. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada is unbeatable! Do set aside some time for Tahoe Meadows since you're here at Tamarack Lake, and
after a long day outdoors PARKSIDE INN AT INCLINE is a good place to spend a night or two. For the duration of the summertime here at Tamarack Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down
to the 30's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Tamarack Lake fall into the 0's. If you came for an overnight stay Washoe Lake State Park is
a pleasant site to camp, and you can catch a glimpse of Carson Range from Tamarack Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are pleasant; Upper Price Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Tamarack Lake, and nearby you come across
the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14 which is a tremendous hiking trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. While you're here at Tamarack Lake you will meet lots of folks from nearby Carson City, and if you need a place to stay Hyatt High Sierra Lodge is a good choice.
