This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Spooner Lake you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14, and Spooner Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Clear Creek Campground is a pleasant local campground. Spooner Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow; July meanwhile is the driest month. | | to return back home again. While you're here at Spooner Lake you can take a hike along the Mount Rose Trail, and skiing at Mt. Rose is one of those things you just must do. This lake is so wonderful. There is a great hiking trail near Spooner Lake called the Mount Rose Trail, and you should without doubt dedicate some time to Lower Prey Meadows if you're here at Spooner Lake. at Spooner Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Spooner Lake all through the wintertime
