A magnificent site to camp here at The Seep is Wheeler Peak Campground, and of course, all our national parks are nice spots to stop at and Great Basin National Park is no exception. Summer brings highs in the 80's to The Seep. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's,       and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at The Seep dip into the 0's. There's perfect hiking along the Bristlecone Pine Glacier Trail, and Dry Lakes is a delightful lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors PROSPECTOR HOTEL AND CASINO is a great site to spend a night or two, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not have a look at Baker Lake. The Seep gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls during                  May, and February is the month with the least moisture. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot.
