Custom Search     New Year Lake     This place is REALLY in the middle of nowhere and I do not know how good it would be for fishing. Some say it may dry up in summers following dry winters, but I'd like to hike the area nonetheless. Says Tristan New Year Lake is mostly a relatively dry site. The month with most of the snow is December; July on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the summertime here at New Year Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's. When the night sets in     temperatures descend down into the 40's.
