Pleasant Valley is a pretty place any time of year; while you're here you can play some golf at Wolf Run Golf Club. Not much rainfall falls here at Little Washoe Lake; through January this area sees the most snow while July is commonly the driest month. Gotta ski! Mt. Rose is a delightful place to do that; from Little Washoe Lake you get a good vista of Washoe Hill. Yeah, come here to Little Washoe Lake for       a delightful time. A glorious beach near Little Washoe Lake is South Beach. So much cool stuff to do here at Little Washoe Lake, too splendid to be true. Truckee River is a perfect whitewater spot near Little Washoe Lake, and you might also want to pay a visit to Washoe Summit since you're here at Little Washoe Lake. For the duration of the summer months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Little Washoe Lake, and the night is a tad cooler of course, regularly                  in the 30's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Little Washoe Lake are in the 0's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Diamond Peak, and folks from Carson City love to come here. This location, the Northern Sierra Nevada, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Carson City is a good place to spend a night or two, and why not camp at Mount Rose Campground since you're here at Little Washoe Lake. There is a great hiking trail close to Little Washoe Lake called the Mount Rose Trail; a delightful site to camp here at Little Washoe Lake is Four Seasons RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious place for whitewater paddling next to Little Washoe Lake is Truckee River, and don't forget to take a tremendous little journey to Browns Creek. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
