Hunter Creek Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. Man, is there a lot of entertaining things to do near Hunter Creek Reservoir. A good nearby hotel is Desert Rose Inn; the slopes of Mt. Rose are so inviting nobody can resist. For the duration of the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Hunter Creek Reservoir. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's.
