A visit to Ginny Lake is always a good idea. So many cool things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too pleasant to be true. If you came for an overnight stay Sandy Beach Campground is a splendid place to camp, and an afternoon playing golf at Old Brockway Golf Course is always a delight. | | to offer. Drift down the rapids of Truckee River in a kayak, and on a great day it's a nice idea to spend the day at Incline Beach. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Hyatt High Sierra Lodge is a delightful location to spend a night or two; hiking along the Mount Rose Trail is magnificent fun. place gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Ginny Lake. All year is a great time in the Northern Sierra Nevada if you have a thing about the outdoors. Hit the beach if you want, Burnt Cedar Beach is
practically right here. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Homewood while you're here, and Tahoe Meadows is a perfect place here at Ginny Lake. Ginny Lake is pretty waterless ordinarily; the month of January
is the wettest with most of the snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. Ginny Lake truly is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise. Very charming scenery and glorious skiing is what you get at Northstar at Tahoe, and
Incline Lake Dam is a place that is next to Ginny Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14, and Slab Cliffs is a splendid place to pop by while in the region.
Mud Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at; the peak of Mount Houghton can be observed from Ginny Lake. Man, is there a load of entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. If you get bored of Ginny Lake, you could
also explore nearby Gray Lake, and camping is available at Mount Rose Campground. A good close by hotel is PARKSIDE INN AT INCLINE; you're sure to encounter some nice folks from Carson City here.
