Dry Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. In the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Truckee River. If the weather is tremendous here at Dry Lake, you can go for a hike along the Mount Rose Trail, and enjoy a round of golf at Silver Oak Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent place to have a look at next to Dry Lake is Clear Creek Canyon; hey, Gotta ski right? Heavenly is a delightful location to do that. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too perfect to be true. There are plenty of people from Carson City here
at Dry Lake, and Carson City Super 8 Motel is a good location to get some rest. All through the long summer days at Dry Lake highs are mostly in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 40's. During the wintertime the highs

Haven is a delightful site to camp, and Carson River - East Fork is a perfect whitewater spot nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Mt. Rose, and if you need a place to stay Courtyard Carson City
is a great choice. If the weather is wonderful, you get a great view of C Hill from Dry Lake, and South Beach is a scenic beach to stop by. Dry Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
