What a nice lake Divide Reservoir is. A great place next to Divide Reservoir is Bullion Ravine, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Mt. Rose. Divide Reservoir is typically a quite dehydrated site; January is the month that gets the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. It's always pleasant to go to Caldwell Spring; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Truckee River.

| | brings highs in the 90's to Divide Reservoir. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Divide Reservoir plunge into the 10's. If you need a spot to stay Gold Dust West is a good choice, and American Flat is a fine place here at Divide Reservoir. Dry warm beds await you at Ramada Virginia City, and camping at Divide Reservoir is wonderful fun, | |

Virginia City RV Park is a wonderful local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. The smiling people of Carson City like to hang out close by. Head up to Diamond Peak and strap some skis to your feet, and Four Seasons RV Park
is a good campground here. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area close to Divide Reservoir has to offer. On a wonderful day you acquire a panorama of Basalt Mesa from Divide Reservoir; if you're addicted to cool geologic marks try Greiners Bend.
