The Ruby Crest Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close to Cold Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. There is a glorious hiking trail near Cold Lakes called the Smith Creek Trail; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at       nearby Hidden Lakes. The summit of Green Mountain can be observed from Cold Lakes. Lakes are delightful; Robinson Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Cold Lakes. At Cold Lakes during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
