Take a little journey to Lehman Creek if you're here at Baker Reservoir, and the Baker Shoshone Trail offers hiking at its best. During the months of summer here at Baker Reservoir, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Through the winter highs are typically in the 40's with temperatures at Baker Reservoir dipping down into the 10's through winter       nights. Baker Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Snake Range. This lake is so wonderful. Great Basin National Park is a great spot in the vicinity of Baker Reservoir; why not camp at Whispering Elms Trailer Park since you're here at Baker Reservoir. Take a hike on the Highland Ridge Trail. Baker Reservoir is a location that is rather dehydrated frequently; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and January                  is the month with the least moisture. All year is a wonderful time in the Snake Range if you go for the outdoors.
