You can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Diamond Peak, and Truckee Meadows is a magnificent location. While you're here at Alexander Lake you will meet lots of folks from close by Reno-Sparks, and as expected Whites Creek flows through this area. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Alexander Lake, you can go for a hike along the Mount Rose Trail, and you could always look at Hidden Valley.
