For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are commonly in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Alexander Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. for that. Wheeler Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and Alexander Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, River's Edge RV Park is a fine local campground. You'll wish for more hours in a day to
enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Alexander Lake. You can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Diamond Peak, and Truckee Meadows is a magnificent location. Double Diamond Spring is an inspiring location to stop at while you're
here, and if you need a place to stay Residence Inn By Marriott Reno is a brilliant choice. While you're here at Alexander Lake you will meet lots of folks from close by Reno-Sparks, and as expected Whites Creek flows through this
area. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Alexander Lake, you can go for a hike along the Mount Rose Trail, and you could always look at Hidden Valley. While you're here at Alexander Lake, you could also stop by scenic Virginia Lake; a golf course close by is Rosewood Lakes Golf Course.
