place close to Weir Well, and a brilliant location for whitewater paddling is Rio Grande. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Santa Fe is a fine choice.
Throughout the days of summer highs here at
Weir Well get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 30's with temperatures at Weir Well dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. Lakes are glorious;
Heaquarters Well is a lake that's next to Weir Well, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Saint Johns Trail. During your visit to Weir Well you'll meet some folks from Santa Fe for sure, and the snow is splendid at Ski Santa Fe.
