  Be careful coming to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Ursulo Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Laguna Larga is a nice local campground. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Rinker Lake. Branding Iron Motel is a splendid place to get some rest, and camping at Rio de los Pinos SWFA is always a glorious experience.
Carson National Forest is a pleasant location
    to take a look at on a gorgeous day, and Montoya Canyon is a nice site to spend some time. Ursulo Lake is a beautiful lake in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains.
