Talpa Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the North End Trail is magnificent fun. Lakes are glorious; La Cueva Lake is a lake that's near Talpa Reservoir. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Talpa Reservoir. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures

Inn is a tremendous choice; Talpa Reservoir is a tremendous spot to visit for more than one day, Taos Valley RV Park is a tremendous spot to camp nearby. Talpa Reservoir is ordinarily a pretty dried out spot; during August this area
sees the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. The Devisadero Peak Loop Trail offers hiking at its best; Ponce de Leon Springs is a scenic place to explore while you're at Talpa Reservoir. If you like skiing, you're
in luck; Taos is in close proximity to Talpa Reservoir, and get drenched paddling on Rio Grande. A great close by hotel is Taos Super 8 Motel, and Rio Chiquito is close to Talpa Reservoir and is always a pleasure to pop by. This
lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Rio Pueblo de Taos is so much fun, and Talpa Reservoir is right by the Comales Sheep Driveway. You're sure to bump into some cheerful people from Taos here; the sight of Cuchilla Del Ojo is beautiful.
