The beauty of Stony Lake is reason enough to stop by. High temperatures at Stony Lake throughout the long summer days are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Stony Lake are in the 10's. It is very dried out here at Stony Lake regularly; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; December on the other hand is the driest.
